About Us
Based in Waterford City, O’Shea Properties specialise in residential and commercial sales and lettings across the South East of Ireland. We are a modern estate agent that incorporates the latest industry technologies to market and sell your property.
Managing Director Colin O’Shea has worked in the property sector for over 8 years and is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyor’s Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He previously worked for the National Asset Management Agency and Colliers International. He holds a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Limerick, a MSc in Management Consultancy from the UCD Smurfit Business School and a MSc in Real Estate from TU Dublin.
